You will therefore benefit from all EU rights applicable to organized package travel. The Company Onvicta.com - Paulo A.F.Carvalho, Lda, with NIPC, 509350291 RNAVT No. 3831, headquartered at Av. 25 April n 198 4760-101 Vila Nova Famalicão, will / will be fully responsible / responsible for the correct execution of the overall package.

In addition, as required by law, Onvicta.com has / has protection to reimburse the payments you have made and, if transportation is included in the package travel, ensure your repatriation if insolvent.

Travelers will receive all essential information about their organized trip before concluding the respective contract, including destination, itinerary, periods of stay, date, accommodation characteristics, meals, means and characteristics of local transport, date and time of departure, return, duration, scale and connection, visits, language in which services will be provided, information on whether the trip is suitable for people with reduced mobility, etc., all in accordance with that referred to in the terms of articleº 17 nº 1 a) of the aforementioned Decree Law.

- There is always at least one operator responsible for the correct execution of all travel services included in the contract.

- Travelers have an emergency telephone number or contact details a point of contact to communicate with the organizer or the travel agency.

- Travelers may assign the package to another person upon reasonable notice and for an additional charge.

- The price of package travel can only be increased if specific costs increase. (eg fuel price) if this possibility is expressly provided for in the contract, and in case not longer than 20 days before the start of the organized trip. If the price increases by more than 8% of the price of the package, the traveller may break the contract. If the organizer reserves the right to increase the price, the traveller is entitled to a price reduction if the relevant costs are reduced.

- Travelers can terminate the contract without paying a termination fee and get full reimbursement of payments made in the event of a significant change to any of essential elements of package travel, except for price. If, prior to the commencement of the package journey, the operator responsible for the cancellation of the package, travelers are entitled to reimbursement and, where appropriate, to compensate.

- Travelers may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee prior to Initiation of the organized package in exceptional circumstances, for example in the event of severe safety problems at the destination which may affect the package journey.

- In addition, travellers may terminate the contract at any time prior to Commencement of the organized trip by paying an appropriate and justifiable termination fee.

- If, after commencement of the package journey, it is not possible to provide significant elements of the package as agreed, suitable alternatives to the traveller will have to be proposed at no extra cost.

- Travelers can terminate the contract without paying a termination fee and get full reimbursement of payments made in the event of a significant change in any of the essential elements of the organized travel, except the price. If, prior to the commencement of the package journey, the operator responsible for the cancellation of the package, travellers are entitled to reimbursement and, if appropriate, an indemnity.

- Travelers are also entitled to a price reduction and / or a compensation for damages in the event of non-compliance or poor performance of travel services.

- The organizer must provide assistance if a traveller is in difficulty.

- The Onvicta.com - Travel Agency has assigned a protection in the event of insolvency with the Travel and Tourism Guarantee Fund (FGVT) of Tourism of Portugal. Travelers may contact this entity or, if applicable, the competent authority (Tourism of Portugal,I.P., Rua Ivone Silva, Lote 6, 1050- 124 Lisboa, Phone 211 140 200 | Fax 211 140 830, info@turismodeportugal.pt)) if services are refused due to the insolvency of Onvicta.com, Travel Agency.

- Travelers may contact this entity or, if applicable, the competent authority (contacts including name, geographical address, email address and telephone number) if services are refused due to insolvency.
